Welcome to AEO Pilot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AEO Pilot website and services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Business Information
AEO Pilot is owned and operated by Kudamage Rivindhu Venuka Geeneth, trading as Tech Vista Idea (referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Use of Service
You agree to use AEO Pilot for lawful purposes only. You must not use our service to violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
2. Subscription and Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
Merchant of Record and Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds related to payments and sales tax/VAT compliance.
3. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
